Adam Brodzisz was one of the most popular Polish actors during the pre-war era. In ten years he appeared in about twenty films. During WWII he worked as a waiter in occupied Warsaw. He took an active part in the Warsaw Uprising. After war he stopped to play in films. Instead he became a stage actor. His career ended in 1961 when he moved to the USA.
